Asia Total Rewards Council

This Council provides senior Compensation & Benefits executives in the Asia-Pacific region a forum in which to share information, ideas, and create solutions to challenges facing companies doing business in the region. Discussion topics are chosen by members and typically focus on total remuneration of Asia-Pacific personnel, including local nationals, other nationals, as well as expatriates. The confidential nature of the group allows members the freedom to share openly and honestly with peers in other leading companies. And the group has the full support of and access to the vast global network and informational resources of The Conference Board.

Membership Eligibility:

Members of the Council must be senior executives at Asia-Pacific and other multi-national companies with overall responsibility for Compensation and Benefits within the Asia-Pacific Region.

Our Mission

All proceeds support The Conference Board's educational, scientific, and not-for-profit mission.

Why join the Asia-Pacific Total Rewards Council?

The real value for me is the mix of expert presentations and real-time reactions from across industry professionals and leaders. And of even more value has been the informal mentoring I’ve enjoyed from other council members sharing their insight on the challenges my own company faces today.
